When Morgan Helms, owner of Helms Polyfoam, started his company as a concrete lifting and soil stabilization contractor, he had one goal in mind: “I want to solve problems while minimizing downtime for companies.”

Since our beginnings, we have solved countless problems, big and small continuing to grow exponentially. Throughout the years, we have made innovative improvements to the company including purchasing specific equipment to make sure we can keep up in an especially competitive market to overcome obstacles and achieve peak performance.

Recently, we decided to take a big step toward our future growth goals – buying a new “big rig.” With our new rig, we will be able to pump double the chemical resin material per day. This means we can stay onsite at larger jobs longer without refueling. In short, even LESS downtime than before! 

If that sounds exciting, it’s because it is! Below are just a few features about our new rig we are extra excited about:

• 2 – Brand new hydraulic reactors.
• 2 – 300-ft hoses.
• A diesel-powered generator capable of running 3x as long without refueling.

At the end of the day, we are excited about Helms Polyfoam’s newest addition, and we’re excited about what it means for the future of our company. It goes back to the goal we had at our founding – to find a solution to a problem, solve it permanently and solve it with minimal disruption and downtime for our clients.
